IWC Releases New iPhone App
IWC iPhone App
IWC has joined the ranks of other luxury watch brands and recently launched its very own iPhone app. This app, free of charge, can be downloaded in one of six language and is perfect for IWC enthusiasts, or for anyone looking for a great gadget-related app. A great feature of the app is a “Try-It” function where the iPhone user can “try on” watches from IWC and virtually see how the timepiece would look on their wrist.
Further, the IWC iPhone app features all the functionality of the IWC website, now mobile-friendly. Users can learn more about the different technical features of IWC watches such as depth gauges, digital calendars, power reserve, moon phase and time recorders.
In a great app feature, IWC offers users the ability to take a snapshot of their wrist and upload it to the site, wherein they can see how a specific watch would look on them. It’s like a virtual dressing room for watch lovers!
In addition to these great features, the IWC iPhone app does what every sensible marketing-driven app would do; it points the user towards the nearest retail location. Using the iPhone’s GPS capabilities, the IWC app will guide the user from their current direction straight to the nearest IWC retailer.
